Returns Policy

Important

Please ensure you have read the product's unique return policy, which can be found on the individual product page beneath the ‘Free Shipping’ tab. This is where you will find the relevant terms and conditions on how to start a return and to see if your product is eligible for a return. 

The reason we don’t have a ‘one size fits all’ returns policy is because we work with many different suppliers, all of which have their own unique returns policy, conditions, and exclusions. To avoid confusing our customers, ProHeat Supplies decided to have product unique return policies.  

Below is ProHeat Supplies' general returns policy, which highlights important criteria that must be met for your product to be eligible for a return, alongside all information stated in the product's unique return policy. 

Start a return

We understand that not every purchase works out, which is why our team aims to make the return experience as easy and seamless as possible. 

Once you have received your item, you have up to 14 days to request a replacement or full refund. You will then have a further 14 days after to return the item(s).

Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund if the following criteria are met:

  • You damaged an item by trying to repair it yourself or getting someone else to
  • You bought an item you no longer want due to it being the wrong size or colour
  • The item bought has been specified as non-refundable (check the 'returns' tab on each product page to check)
  • The item is bespoke and has been custom made 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact 'returns@proheatsupplies.com'. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we have received and inspected your item, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Just so you know it can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account, with PayPal refunds taking up to 30 days. 

Cancellations

Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. 

Damages

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover your item has been damaged, please contact us immediately within 48 hours and send clear photos of the damaged items to returns@proheatsupplies.com so we can open a returns claim on your behalf.
