Delivery Information

At ProHeat Supplies, we take pride in ensuring that your shopping experience is as frictionless and as easy as possible so that you have more time to enjoy the products you love. This is why we aim to provide the shortest delivery times possible whilst ensuring the safety of your item(s).

Order Process

When an order has been placed, we will immediately process the payment and send you a confirmation email. Some of our products have longer lead times than others so please check the delivery information of each product, which can be found within the product page of each item. Once an item(s) has been dispatched, we will send you tracking details for your order which can be used in the 'Track My Order' section found at the bottom of the menu. If there is a delay we will always contact you to let you know.

Free Shipping

ProHeat Supplies offers free shipping on orders over £50, with many products offering next day delivery when ordered before 12:00. Please understand that on rare occasions we will not be able to provide next day delivery due to issues out of our control.
