Frequently Asked Questions

At ProHeat Supplies, we take pride in ensuring that your shopping experience is as frictionless and as easy as possible so that you have more time to enjoy the products you love. This is why we aim to provide the shortest delivery times possible whilst ensuring the safety of your item(s).

When an order has been placed, we will immediately process the payment and send you a confirmation email. Some of our products have longer lead times than others so please check the delivery information of each product. This can be found within the product page of each item. Once an item(s) has been dispatched, we will send you tracking details for your order which can be used in our Track Your Order section found at the bottom of the menu. If there is a delay we will always contact you to let you know, we apologise in advance.

The vast majority of our products have free shipping with some products offering next day delivery when ordered before 12:00. Please understand that on rare occasions we will not be able to provide next day delivery due to issues out of our control.

If you have not yet received your order please navigate to Track Your Order to find out the most-up-to date location of your order.

If you are unable to get an update on your item(s), please contact us at info@proheatsupplies.com so that we update you on your delivery as soon as possible.

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If your package appears severely damaged upon delivery, please write down “Package Damaged” when signing the delivery slip. Furthermore, please send clear photos of the damaged items to returns@proheatsupplies.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

If an item isn’t the perfect match, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery. The following criteria must be met:

  • Item is in it's original packaging
  • Item has not been damaged 
  • There is proof of purchase (a receipt)
  • The item is returned by the original purchaser  
 

If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. However, if your item is damaged or defective these exceptions do not apply and you should contact us via returns@proheatsupplies.com. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method that was used to place the order.

Once we have received and inspected your item, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Just so you know it can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account, with PayPal refunds taking up to 30 days.
